Can not get the heart to scan

When i got it the icon didnt show up omg im so mad

My daughter loves this app. She plays it all the time. She scans her ponies and everything. About a week ago the camera in the app stopped working. Its just gray when she tries to scan a host or guests. Its also gray when she goes to take a picture at a party. I checked my camera on the iPad and it works fine. Its just the camera in the app. Anyone else have this issue?? Please help!

The map needs improvement

I am tempted to write something really nasty but when its working the app does make my kids happy. But this app locks up a lot. And when it does, my wife and I have used the opportunity to teach them not to throw a fit when something doesnt go their way. But the fact remains that this locks up a lot and we have to restart their iPads and it can drive you crazy sometimes.

Since the update.. My daughter cant scan her pony & game freezes a lot

This is not even a game, also too confusing for a 4 year old.

It wont let me enable my camera so I cant scan my pony toys

My daughter has been asking for this app for a few days. I get it for her and get her some ponies and now we can even get to the point where we can enable the camera to scan the ponies. This is a terrible app! Doesnt even deserve one star.

My 6 yr old loves this app but my phone (that she accesses it from) is broken now. I downloaded the app to my iPad and we cant scan her ponies. An error says Hmmm need access to camera blah blah but doesnt actually request access. It used to work great! Please fix and I will update my review to 5 stars!!

You cant even GET photo permission! On my device, it didnt even exist. Pretty fun for a three year old, but she has My Little Pony ponies that she can scan, and it wont let me scan it! So? DONT GET THIS APP!!!!!!! Listen, please! IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

It is frustrating when trying to use it and it doesnt work. I deleted the app.

I cant scan the ponies... It gives me an error "u need camera and storage permission" and it does not ask for permission... Tried it on iPad and IPhone :(:(

It wont let me scan my pony that I bought The game is fine in its own but it would be a lot more fun if I could scan my pony

No sound. Cant find settings button.

Useless wont allow camera access, false advertising when buy the ponies if app doesnt work. Very unhappy little girl on my hands.

Yeah looks like everybodys having the same problem so hopefully you will fix it soon. Thats a pretty big screwup for a company that supposedly is that big...

Would be nice if this was fixed! Bought the ponies so my daughter could play with them through this game and I cant get the app access to my camera.
